Fury vs Usyk

Predictions: 7 of 10 Winners, 0 Perfect, 350 Points   |   Tied for 533rd

This one is a tough one for me but I am going with Fury. I know he did not have a great showing for Francis but to do as well as he did with in as bad as shape as he was, its somewhat amazing. He took a good shot from Francis even though it was more of a flash knockdown. I also think back to some more legit knockdowns like with Wilder laying him out and him getting right back up. Unless Fury's chin is gone, I can't see how Usyk can do anything different than what has been done to Fury before. I still think there is a chance for Usyk either by decision or the body. I am also thinking too that of course there is a potential for Tyson to be knocked down which would give an edge on points. *Edit* I do have concerns about that cut opening up.

My concern for Usyk is that he was really sweating that second decision with AJ. AJ was no Fury back then so even getting a decision against Fury may be tough if he barely decisioned AJ *the second time*. AJ also hurt him as well and he has been knocked down before too, whether it was counted or not. I would also be equally concerned about Usyk's body as well with what happened with Dubois or if Fury really knocks him, how will he respond. I certainly don't count Usyk out at all though and I respect him for what he has done. I hope for a great fight regardless of the result.

Usyk by decision

I believe there is value in betting on Usyk in the bookies' line up at the moment. At the very least, the odds here are 50/50. And if you take into account the Ukrainian fighter's technique, intelligence, cardio and movement - there's clearly more than a 50% chance of victory. Besides, we can analyse the visible emotional side - Usyk looks calmer, less prone to emotional fluctuations. Undoubtedly, Fury will present a lot of challenges to solve in the course of the fight (such mobility at such dimensions is worth it), but I think that Usyk will be able to successfully solve these challenges in more than 50% of cases.

I am picking Oleksandr Usyk by decision, but Tyson Fury could win by late round TKO.

Kooky New Predictions

Predictions: 7 of 9 Winners, 3 Perfect, 425 Points   |   Tied for 344th

Sanchez vs. Kabayel
I am all about Frank Sanchez at -220. He has a yucky quivering palm death touch and a kosher reverse side kick and also a cybernetic triangle choke. Sanchez could captivate the cake.

Lapin vs. Pudivitr
I tap Daniel Lapin at -2500. He has a tremendous leaping clothesline. Lapin won't warp the crowd noise. Obey my dog!

Nyika vs. Seitz
I have a crush on David Nyika at -1200. He has a delicious right hand. Nyika will ruin the enemy.

Itauma vs. Mezencev
I adopt Moses Itauma at -7000. He has a casual palm block and a decent stamina. Itauma is gonna assault the achievement.

Kovalev vs. Safar
I finger Robin Safar at -140. He has a hedonistic stutter step and a wretched left hand. Safar ought to hasten the feat.

Cordina vs. Cacace
I select Joe Cordina at -600. He has a cybernetic double leg. Cordina isn't about to goad the cutman. Вот, где собака зарыта!

Lowe vs. Ahmadi
I elect Isaac Lowe at -300. He has a fancy brainbuster. Lowe ought to ignite the previous pitfalls.

Opetaia vs. Briedis
I am obsessed with Jai Opetaia at -699. He has a quick demeanor. Opetaia will likely quash the dissentient.

Chamberlain vs. Wahab
I am sticking with Mark Chamberlain at -1400. He has a underrated chin. Chamberlain will likely nullify the Octagon.

Sanchez must have something up with his knee, his footwork went from elite in his last fight to being absolutely utterly awful.
